DAY 1
Kochi – Athirappilly Waterfalls
Arrive in Kochi, the gateway to Kerala, where you will be received and assisted for your onward journey. Drive to Athirappilly, home to Kerala’s largest waterfall, often referred to as the “Niagara of India.” Surrounded by lush greenery,
the waterfall offers a striking view and is ideal for photography and nature walks.
Continue to Vazhachal Waterfalls, located nearby amidst dense forest, known for its calm and refreshing setting.
Later, return to Kochi. In the evening, take a walk along Marine Drive, known for its scenic promenade and sunset views. You can also spend time in Fort Kochi, known for its colonial buildings and charming lanes, and watch the iconic Chinese
fishing nets come alive at sunset as the sky turns warm and golden.

DAY 2
Kochi – Munnar
Check out and drive to Munnar, a popular hill station in the Western Ghats. The journey takes around 4 to 5 hours and offers views of winding roads, greenery and scenic landscapes.
On the way, stop at Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, where the cascading streams create a refreshing setting.
On arrival in Munnar, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, spend time around the Munnar tea plantations, known for their rolling green hills and peaceful surroundings.

DAY 3
Munnar Sightseeing
Explore Munnar’s main attractions. Visit Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and known for its panoramic hill views.
Continue to Mattupetty Dam, surrounded by hills and tea estates, followed by Echo Point, where the natural echo effect and lake views create a unique experience.
Later, visit the Tea Museum to understand the history and process of tea production.
In the evening, you may choose to visit Top Station, the highest point in Munnar, for wide views of the Western Ghats and a scenic sunset.

DAY 4
Munnar – Thekkady
After check-out, continue your journey to Thekkady, a region well known for its rich wildlife and spice gardens. The journey takes around 3 to 4 hours through hills and forested areas.
Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can explore the region’s rich biodiversity. You may also opt for a boat ride on Periyar Lake to spot wildlife along the banks.
In the evening, attend a traditional Kathakali dance performance or watch Kalaripayattu, Kerala’s ancient martial art form.

DAY 5
Thekkady Exploration
Start your day with a boating experience on Periyar Lake, set amidst dense forest surroundings. You may spot animals such as elephants and deer, along with various bird species.
Later, visit a spice plantation and learn about the cultivation of spices like cardamom, pepper, and cinnamon.
Optional activities include an elephant ride or bamboo rafting for those looking for a more active experience.

DAY 6
Thekkady – Alleppey (Houseboat Stay)
Check out and drive to Alleppey, also known as Alappuzha, often called the “Venice of the East.”
On arrival, board a traditional houseboat equipped with modern comforts. Cruise through the backwaters, passing villages, paddy fields and coconut groves.
Observe local life along the waterways and enjoy the calm surroundings as the boat moves through the canals.

DAY 7
Alleppey – Kovalam
Disembark from the houseboat and drive to Kovalam, a coastal destination known for its beaches.
On arrival, spend time at Lighthouse Beach, known for its sandy shore, gentle waves and lighthouse views overlooking the Arabian Sea.
Spend some time relaxing by the beach, enjoying the peaceful coastal views.

DAY 8
Kovalam Leisure
Spend a relaxed day by the beaches of Kovalam, soaking in the sun, soft sands, and calm sea. Visit Hawa Beach and Samudra Beach, both known for their golden shores, gentle waves, and laid-back atmosphere, ideal for unwinding, taking photos,
or enjoying a quiet walk along the coastline.
You may also opt for an Ayurvedic massage for relaxation. If interested, visit Thiruvananthapuram and view the Padmanabhaswamy Temple from outside if entry is restricted.

DAY 9
Kovalam – Kanyakumari
Check out and head to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India where three seas meet.

In the evening, watch the sunset over the confluence of the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean.

Kanyakumari – Sightseeing & Departure
Start your day with a sunrise at Kanyakumari, where you can watch the first light over the meeting point of the three seas.
Visit Kanyakumari Beach and spend some time enjoying the coastal views. If time permits, attend the Light and Sound Show to learn about the region’s history and culture.
Later, check out and drive to Trivandrum or Kochi for your onward journey, marking the end of your trip.
